AnimateLifeNow provides custom, personalized digital video rendering services. By submitting reference photographs, text scripts, and audio preferences through our checkout intake system, clients authorize AnimateLifeNow to process these inputs using advanced artificial intelligence (AI) rendering nodes, 3D modeling pipelines, and post-production software to deliver customized video files.
2. Delivery Timelines & Format
Standard Delivery: All completed digital video assets are delivered via secure download links sent to the client’s provided email address within 48 hours of order placement and verified payment processing.
Express Delivery: Orders selecting the optional Express 24-Hour Upgrade will receive priority rendering queue allocation for delivery within 24 hours.
Deliverable Formats: Deliverables consist of downloadable, high-definition digital video files (.MP4 format in 1080p Full HD resolution; or 4K Ultra HD where upgraded). No physical goods, tapes, or hard drives are shipped.
3. Strict Non-Refundable Policy & Final Sales
Due to the digital, custom-made nature of personalized animation and the immediate allocation of computational server resources, GPU rendering costs, and specialized labor upon order submission:
All Sales Are Final: Once payment is authorized and input assets are processed into our rendering pipeline, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Quality Assurance & Reference Photos: The quality and facial likeness of final animated renders depend directly on the quality, lighting, and angle of the reference photographs submitted by the client. AnimateLifeNow is not responsible for sub-optimal renders resulting from low-resolution, heavily filtered, dimly lit, or obscured input images.
Revisions: Minor revisions are included only where explicitly stated in higher-tier package offerings (e.g., Enterprise & Promo tiers). Personal Keepsake and Community Pack tiers do not include post-delivery creative revisions unless a technical file defect occurs.
4. Copyright, Licensing & Fair Use
Media Safety Guarantee: AnimateLifeNow guarantees that all background audio tracks, ambient sound effects, and 3D visual environments utilized in final deliverables are 100% royalty-free, commercially licensed, or transformed under applicable fair use standards.
Usage Rights by Tier:
Personal Keepsake & Squad Tiers: Granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license for personal, non-commercial use, family gifting, and personal social media sharing.
Enterprise & Promo Tiers: Granted full commercial usage rights for paid social advertising, broadcast, orientation drives, and promotional campaigns.
Client Assets: Clients represent and warrant that they hold all necessary rights and permissions for any photos, logos, or scripts uploaded to our platform.
5. Statement Descriptor & Billing Identification
All credit card charges will appear on customer billing statements under the descriptor: ANIMATELIFENOW.
By completing a transaction with AnimateLifeNow, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, explicitly waiving rights to chargebacks based on creative preference or buyer's remorse for rendered digital goods.
